Our playground! n What's our playground for? n When do we use it? n Who else goes on the playground?

What’s going on? A company called the playground partnership is working with Woolworths (a shop for those whom didn’t know) to set up a competition for schools. If we win we will get up to £ 10, 000 to spend on play equipment. n The playground partnership is an award winning educational project offering money for children's play equipment. n We are hoping to win the full amount, so we need every class to contribute to the project, thank-you! n

The Team These are the guys who are organising it

Project co-ordinator The project co-ordinator oversees everything that’s going on. They organize dates for the team meetings and they give pep talks. Our project co-ordinator is Jade Lambert.

Log book keeper o o The log book keeper keeps everything from meetings to final decisions and even the cost of things. Our log book keeper is Alex Grauwiler.

Surveyor l The surveyors record information about the playground. l Our surveyors are Josh Cole and Sam Mayston.

Market Researcher n n The Market Researcher finds out what people want and works with the Budget manager looking at equipment and prices. Our Market Researcher is Bella Boyd.

Health and safety l Our Health and safety officers investigates what is safe or not. l Our Health and safety officers are Gaz Mathews and Conner Davey.

Designer n n The designer looks for good ideas and finds unique equipment and playing devices. Our Designers are Holly-Anne Ward and Lucy -Jane Tooke

Budget Manager • The budget manager researchers products and what they cost, making sure that they are within the limit set. • Our Budget Manager is Ben Cole

Photographers n The photographers take pictures for the application form n Our Photographer is Samantha Reeve

What we are doing! We have entered a competition to win some money for the playground, as previously mentioned. We are displaying posters around the School and on the website

How you can help? o We will be making surveys about the kind of equipment you want, all we ask is you answer as truthfully as possible. o You can also get your parents involved by showing them all about it on the schools website.
