Welcome to The Pochin Pre-school We are a small village pre-school in the heart of the community with a strong relationship with the main school We follow all traditions and values that the main school follow, we even wear the school uniform

We are inquisitive! We ask lots of questions! We love playing, it helps us to explore and connect our experiences.

Our learning is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum We learn through play We have an outdoor area to extend our learning experiences

Children’s achievements are celebrated and recorded, appropriate activities are planned to help them meet further targets….

Preschool children are able to attend the schools wraparound care facilities, more information on this is available on the school website Preschool children have a choice of a packed lunch from home or a hot school dinner which is cooked onsite in our school kitchens (current menu below) Please note we are a strict NO NUT school.

OUR STAFF HAVE MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PARENTS, PROVIDING DAILY FEEDBACK, AND THE CHILDREN WITH A FUN, LOVING AND NEUTERING ENVIRONMENT TO LEARN IN.
