BRIEF HISTORY 2002 Government planned to build a Repair shipyard at Duqm as a Development Program of Al-Wusta Region JULY 2004 Memorandum of Understanding between Government of Sultanate of Oman (GOSO) and Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME) MAY 2006 ODC Registration in Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Registration No. 1811371) SEP. 2006 Operation & Management Service Agreement between GOSO and DSME JUNE 2008 Shipyard Construction in Duqm Started. DEC. 2010 Shipyard Construction Completed. APRIL 2011 Soft Operation Started. FEB. 2014 200 Ships Repair Achieved.
