Summary • Single module Jigs are being manufactured – one in Lexan, one in aluminum. They are due at SLAC this week • Assemble the jigs and test/develop the process • Design of quad module jigs, Fixture Plate and center core is complete. Detail drawings will be produced when designer becomes available. Manufacture will follow. • Design pickup plate for quad module jigs • Refine module loading procedure • Practice prototype loading (Aidan) • Measure loaded modules with CMM (Carina) • Measure thermal performance (Sam) • Update tooling drawings for 19. 1 i. e. pickup pads will require additional machining and possibly rerouted vacuum pipes • Update models for production tooling • Manufacture production tooling 13
