ISO/TC 127 for Earth Moving Machines n n n ISO/TC 127 for Earth Moving Machines (EMM) was formed in 1968 to respond to the need for global standards for Earth Moving Machines. The objective was to develop a complete set of ISO standards that could be used as the basis for any national standards and regulations.
