• The House HUD FY’ 07 spending bill passed the House of Representatives in June. • The Senate HUD appropriations bill never made it to the Senate floor. • Several “continuing resolutions” which fund government programs at FY ’ 06 levels. Last CR expired February 15, 2007. Joint Funding Resolution (H. J. Res 20) to fund government programs through September 30 th signed by President on February 15 th (Public Law 110 -5).
