Why This Year? We know we need CES projects – but we don’t know how HUD long will let us apply for them for under the Co. C Program; best to act now while we can! The One Stop is a critical component of Baton Rouge’s CES (it currently handles more than 50% of all CES intakes) – but it doesn’t have any Co. C Program funding and its current staffing pattern is neither sustainable nor sufficient for the level of services We’re putting our money where our mouth is: if CES is important, we should fund our largest Access Points!
