Graduation Writing Test • 100 minutes to write a persuasive essay • Scored in four domains: – Ideas (40%) – Style (20%) – Organization (20%) – Conventions (20%)
Graduation Writing Test • Given three times per year • Scores range from 100 -350 • 200 is minimum passing score
GHSGT • 50 -60 questions • Up to three hours and ten minutes if needed • No penalty for guessing • 500 to pass • 516 for AYP
