Elevator Pitch For [teenagers who have played games before] Who [like a challenge] The [Quick dungeoneer] Is a [platformer, roguelike game] That [let’s someone experience something new] Unlike [other platforming games there is a new twist to it] Our product [is unique with a weird but possibly good combo of two genres of games] Basically Mirrors edge mixed with Binding of Isaac Idea & Product This will be a PC game made on Unity. The gameplay mechanics of this game will be a mix of both platforming games and roguelike games, so the way it will work is that there will be an overworld were the player always starts the game in and then he will have to go through a door, once the player goes through this door they will be loaded into a different room and this will hopefully be randomly generated just like a rough lite and each floor will have and item that you can get to be more powerful by platforming to it, each room and a floor will have enemies on it that you have to take out. The story is that the main character is rock climbing a big mountain and then he put his foot on a rock to get some stabilization but once he does that the whole rock faces crumbles inwards and he falls into the hole.

Target Audience The intended audience for my game is teenagers with some experience in playing games since the game will be in a firstperson perspective and the platforming may be to difficult for someone younger so I think that is why 14 -18 -year olds are best suited for this type of game. The reason why I think this age range is the best is because this would be probably to hard for children younger and because a game like mirrors age is for people 16 and over. I think this is the correct target audience because there be gameplay that younger children will probably not understand. Role Breakdown Product: 3 D platformer, rough lite 1 X Programmer – This role will be me and for this role my task is to make the player functional and things like making enemies do damage to the player, procedural room generation etc. 2 X 3 D modellers – This person’s role will be to make the environment assets, enemy models and set the Unity scene up. 1 X 2 D artist – This person’s role will be to make the concept art for the game and help the 3 D modellers in the right direction of what everything should look like. 1 X Animator – This person’s role is to make the animation and rigging of all the characters and enemies, also make some environment animations so the world feels more alive.

MVP Goals The minimum viable product for my idea to function would be and overworld/starting area with one full level and the random generation to be present and about 4 different enemies that are fully animated and a bit of concept art for example some environment art, enemy concepts and clutter objects. Stretch Goals It would be cool to add bosses at the end of each floor and if you beat the boss you can then move onto the next floor. Making the game playable in a split screen mode. Add an endless mode.
