Ads, Program Booklets and Tickets • You have the prices of the ads for the program book. • All ads must be turned in November 4 th • They must be turned in with the correct format. • You want to sell the program book along with the ad. • Program books are • All monies (Ads, Program Booklets, and tickets) need to be turned in every Friday in the Parent Center at 3: 45 until

Professional Pictures • Students will take professional pictures for pageant use only. These pictures will be used for advertisements, and the People’s Choice Award table. • Please bring your child or meet your child here on October 3 rd at 4: 00. Please come already made up for pictures, with black bottoms and a white shirt. The “Crown Me” TShirt will be given to them upon arrival of the photo shoot. In Parent Center. Please give Mrs. Mc. Fann your child’s t-shirt size before leaving today. • If you would like to purchase any of the pictures taken on that day please be prepared with cash to purchase from the photographer.

Candyland “One Sweet Night” • The contestants will need to be here at 4: 00 the program will start at 6: 00 sharp. • There will be three wardrobe changes • First Outfit: Personality Wear- Candy Themed • Second Outfit: Talent Wear • Last Outfit: Formal Wear

First Introduction Personality Wear • Pick a candy that best represents you and your personality. • Then come up with a cute way to introduce yourself and tell why you chose that candy. • See candy awards www. pinterest. com, google • Be mindful this is the first time the judges will see each contestant, make a good first impression.

Talent • Your talent must be appropriate for school • Music must be appropriate for school • We must know what your talent is no later than October 4, 2016, no changes in talent will be allowed after this date. • Contestants must bring music to the rehearsals for practice starting on the 4 th of October.

Formal Wear Question • Pre-K- 2 nd’s Question “How can I make a difference at my school? ” • 3 rd-5 th ‘s Question “ Why should we choose you to be Miss Deer Chase? ” • Answers need to be clear and concise, answers need to feature the consistence's public speaking abilities • The contestant needs to be poised and use the microphone • Please limit the response to one minute • Writing the response in advance will help them memorize what they have to say.
