One member Joanne Lefebvre • Funding (Ottawa Community Foundation and possibly other funders) • Working group (WG) composition 3 to 6 members (small but relevant) • Project lead (person with expertise in the field) • WG members’ availabilities (maintaining interest in the project) • Project scope and bilingualism (staying within scope and budget) • Connecting with remaining school boards in Ottawa • Stimulating interest from other groups for the project Compassionate Ottawa | Reimagining Palliative Care 6
