PRESENTATION AIMS • Help our partners to understand how the Annata solution can be used in other areas / sectors – such as fleet management • Support you to grow sales in this area • Raise awareness of the work that we are doing with our customers • Explain how existing and new functionality (recently released), is being combined to deliver a comprehensive fleet management solution 2
WHO NEEDS A FLEET MANAGEMENT SOLUTION? • Companies that manage their own fleet • Companies that manage a fleet on behalf of other organisations • Rental organisations – vehicles / tools / equipment • Leasing companies or dealers that offer leasing options • Car clubs • Subscription services – the new thing!
MANAGING A FLEET OF VEHICLES (OR OTHER DEVICES) • Does not all happen in the Fleet module! • Device management is the core module – to provide the 360° view of the vehicle/ equipment throughout its lifetime in the fleet • Standard Annata functionality is used in areas such as purchase, fixed asset link, sales (to manage disposals), etc. • Some organisations will service their own vehicles – Work Order management covers this requirement • Others use external providers to carry out service or repair work – in this example some of our customers still use Work Orders to track the work that is taking place • Other customers use Warranty Claims functionality to manage ‘pre-work approvals’ before the service / repair is done by the external provider
OTHER WAYS IN WHICH ‘STANDARD’ ANNATA 365 IS USED • Scheduled servicing • Rentals to manage a ‘pool car’ operation • Service campaigns can be used to handle internal service bulletins • Work requests and service regions could be used as the basis for a ‘call centre’ operation – we are working on this at the moment with one of our customers • Commissioning (and de-commissioning) of vehicles through the use of Work Orders (whether the work is done by the company or an external service provider) • Annata parts functionality – to support automotive / equipment servicing and repairs • Contracts / Service packages if the company offers services to other businesses

RECENTLY INTRODUCED FUNCTIONALITY • Automatic creation of Fixed Assets during purchase process • Inspections for devices • Including periodic inspections • Faults from inspections rectified through work orders • Work Order warning regarding observations from inspections • Scheduled service – making periodic maintenance much easier to handle
