522 Capital Partners Executive Management Jennifer Robertson As a Founding Partner of 522 Capital, Jennifer Robertson is responsible for asset/loan acquisitions and dispositions, asset/portfolio recapitalization, and asset management. Recently, Ms. Robertson served as Acquisitions Director at Robert Martin Company (RMC), where she was responsible for the identification, financial evaluation and closing of acquisitions. Prior to RMC, as Director of Finance for a private real estate company, she procured institutional equity and debt for multifamily acquisition and development investments. Ms. Robertson also worked for General Electric Capital (GE). While at GE she underwrote and quoted over $3. 4 billion of first mortgage loans (CMBS and on book) for development projects, condo conversions, multifamily, retail, office and industrial properties. Before joining GE she served as a Portfolio Asset Manager at J. P. Morgan Investment Management (JPMIM) for a separate account client with a $1. 5 billion real estate allocation. This portfolio included direct investments in core and value-added real estate as well as opportunistic private equity real estate funds. Earlier in her career at JPMIM, as a Vice President, Ms. Robertson managed over 19 million square feet of stabilized as well as development properties (office, industrial, and multifamily) located across the United States for the firm’s Core and Value-Added Funds. Prior to JPMIM, Ms. Robertson served as an Acquisitions Officer for IAC, a national industrial development company. Ms. Robertson began her career in architectural design, working for Gensler. Ms. Robertson holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University with a concentration in Finance, a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Brenda W. Walker has over 25 years of financial and managerial experience in investment management services. At 522 Capital Ms. Walker is responsible for strategic planning, financial restructuring of assets, capital markets research and marketing. She has significant achievements in developing, structuring and marketing real estate investment products and asset management services, and other investment products for institutional and high net worth investors. During her career Ms. Walker has successfully raised over $9 billion in capital for product and project investments. Ms. Walker has held a variety of senior managerial and leadership positions with major financial institutions, non-profit and entrepreneurial entities. Prior to forming 522 Capital Ms. Walker was a Senior Vice President at Smith Breeden Associates, Inc. where she was responsible for new business development and client relationships. Other previous employers include The White House Council of Economic Advisors, JP Morgan Asset Management, Met. Life, Bellemead Development Corporation, a former subsidiary of the Chubb Group, The Amelior Foundation and The Enterprise Foundation. Ms. Walker holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, Graduate Division, University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from Clark College. Ms. Walker currently serves as a member on the Board of Trustees for Clark Atlanta University, Atlanta, Georgia and she is a member of the Leadership Council for The Center for Child & Family Health in Durham, North Carolina. 6
