Food Meals provided (Weds – Fri ) Children must bring packed lunch (in a throw away bag) for the Wednesday Inform us of any special dietary requirements (consent form) ‘Tuck’ can be brought, pooled and shared out No eating in the dormitories Need refillable water bottle

Medicine � Mrs Coleman (First Aid) is responsible for all medicines � Give medicine to her the morning of the trip in an envelope with your child’s name and dosage clearly marked (Event Shelter 8. 40 am – 9. 00 am) � Oral prescribed medicines only (must complete medical consent form) � Calpol (We take Calpol with us. Please let us know if you do not wish us to administer Calpol for minor ailments such as headaches) � Label asthma inhalers and give to Mrs Coleman � Minor injuries (Mrs Coleman will treat and keep a record) � Accidents (Report to the centre)

Valuables � Named disposable camera � No electronic gadgets � No mobile phones (If a child needs to phone home Mr Ross or a staff member will arrange a quick call) Clothing � Kit List has been sent � Please ensure everything is named � Pack with your child so they know where everything is � Warm clothing- Remind children of layers (I have been on Dartmoor in snow)

Final bits and bobs We will contact the school if we are more than 20 minutes delayed on the Friday We will endeavour to upload photos to the Class 6 page(however in previous years Wi. Fi signal has been limited) Children do not need spending money Please fill in consent form and medical form by Monday 7 th June(make sure contact details are given) Final payment should be paid by Friday 16 th July
