REPORT NOVEMBER 2018 – NOVEMBER 2019 WP 3: DEVELOPMENT Preparation Survey “A Report on the existing model of funding of doctoral studies in Montenegro and Albania“ which is integral part of the Report “Funding of doctoral studies in Montenegro and Albania”. During process of accreditation of Ph. D program “Information Technologies”, we implemented some suggestions and recommendations within QA presented at the meetings in

REPORT NOVEMBER 2018 – NOVEMBER 2019 WP 6: DISSEMINATION Dissemination of project has been done through official website. Dissemination of project has been done through social networks and media. Dissemination of project has been done among deans and Ph. D coordinators at UDG Plan: UDG team is in process of preparation of dissemination event for academic community and stakeholders.

DISSEMINATION: Creation of dissemination documents has been done

EQUIPMENT Revision of equipment and specification has been done. Prepared Bid Call for equipment / decision of open call. Distribution / Open Call was announced at the website of the University of Donja Gorica and in newspaper – “Pobjeda”. Prepared Minutes of Bid opening by Bid opening Committee. Meeting Minutes on Bid evaluation process by Bid opening Committee has been prepared. Agreement with SAGA CG has been signed.

WP 8 MANAGEMENT Participation in Kick-off meeting held in Podgorica, Montenegro, from 20 -23. February 2019. Preparation of full preparatory document with examples of documentation for all project partners according to EACEA Guidelines for Use of Grant: Joint declaration; Timesheet; Individual Travel report; tender procedure etc. Documentation is available at: https: //www. mards. ucg. ac. me/index. html Prepared financial report for period November 1 st 2018 – November 2019.
