Recognize limitations in conventional diagnostic and management approaches for stable ischemic heart disease (SIHD) 2. Describe how novel imaging tools are being used to understand prognosis of diffuse coronary artery disease (CAD) and coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) in symptomatic patients 3.
