Task Recipe: Imagine you run your own bakery. Someone has just ordered 6 cupcakes.

Task Recipe: Imagine you run your own bakery. Someone has just ordered 6 cupcakes. 100 gram butter 100 grams of sugar 2 eggs 100 grams of self raising flour Half a tea spoon of baking powder. They would like them identical shape, colour and flavour. They have not said what flour or decorations they would like. (they are leaving this up to you) Your task is to make 6 cup cakes and decorate them however you like. But, they must be the same shape, colour and flavour. Icing sugar Equipment: Bowl Mixing spoon Scales 6 bun cases and bun tin 1. Mix the butter and sugar together. 2. Add the eggs and mix 3. Sieve the flour into the mix with the baking powder and gently mix together. 4. Place the bun cases into the tray 5. Evenly divide the mixture into the bun cases. 6. Place the buns into the oven for 20 mintues on 170 degrees. 7. Leave to cool before decorating. Icing: 1: plain icing: mixture icing sugar and water together and mix. The icing must be a thick texture. Be careful when adding the water. Butter icing: 100 grams of butter. Gradually add icing sugar whilst stirring until desired sweetness.
