Source Direct • Rubber Factory The factory. was founded in 1983 near Shanghai We manufacture various rubber and plastic products. The factory occupies area 215, 000 square feet with multiple buildings on the site with a staff of 350, including 65 engineers and technicians, the company is very versatile. The company deals in China’s 25 provinces and exports to the Netherlands, Germany, UK, USA, Japan and Korea. We have passed the ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO: TSI 6949 quality control system and the ISO 14001: 2004 environment protection system. We realize that they are integral to insuring a consistent product for export around the world.

When the raw material arrives, the quality department will monitor and insure the proper material. We buy from the US and other areas of the world and only secure rubber that meets our high quality standards. Semi-auto Mixing System guarantees the correct material content. We have recently added a a$1. 5 million mixing machine to insure that we have the proper material configuration consistently for all of our products before the molding process begins.

The compounds are tested before the material is permitted to flow to the molding department. The tracking system is in place to confirm the mix compound from mixing to final molding for tracking of any issues. If the compounds do not qualify, they will be removed prior to production.

The presses are from 200 T to 1600 T. At present, we can produce a product 7 ft x 6 ft Each product is identified and labeled.

Each product is checked for quality and dimension. The products are checked against the specifications constantly. The quality control department will check the material before packing.

INJECTION MOLDING FACILITY

Injection Molding Injection molded parts include automobile, industrial sewing machine, industrial door etc. At present, the largest part produced is 4. 92 ft. Outgoing Inspection Parts are packed as per the customer’s requirements.

R&D: We adopt advanced CAD/CAM technology to design and manufacture molds enable us to design all kinds of molds according to customer’s 2 D, 3 D Pro-E, Cdraw. etc drawings or hand sample. We have 10 professional experienced engineers in our R&D department. They are responsible for testing the usage character and assembling structure of the products offered by the customers. By working with the clients, we will recommend with any unsuitable product design aspects and provide alternative. We also utilize mold flow analysis on every product. Any questioning critical component, we will make a handmade prototype for durable test accordingly.
