Service Update
We are currently in very uncertain times, but as things stand Swinton Technology is open for business and we aim to maintain our high standard of service during these unprecedented times. A large part of our service is enabled by teams of highly skilled members of staff. This means our timescales for project deliveries are vulnerable to being stretched if these members of staff are required to change to home working or are ill. In addition, we have work that must be done at our home office premises in the workshop environment. For maintenance support contract holders, we will continue to be able to support using the online maintenance database, the out of hours support phone and our service team being available over the phone or via email. We have a skeleton team working at the office/workshop and wherever possible we have asked all visits to be postponed and we encourage the use of remote meeting facilities such as Skype or Microsoft Teams. Limited Projects Most team members are working from home, hence there is likely to be an impact on project deliverables and overall schedules.
Limited Support Key contact details: support@swintontechnology. com Service team members are currently available both at home and in the office to assist with support issues, although there may be slight reduction in response times should access be required to workshop facilities/ equipment.
Good Proposals Our sales/proposals team are still actively working from home and can support any new enquiries as required.
Blocked Meetings We politely request that visits to our premises are postponed and all future meetings are done through video conferencing software.
