The Scenario Ms. Z is a veteran teacher who has been a popular coach

The Scenario Ms. Z is a veteran teacher who has been a popular coach for several sports. Due to lack of funding from the school students are responsible for finding their own rides to practices and games. Due to this fact, Ms. Z often provides transportation for the students in her own vehicle to sports events and back home afterword.

Accountability Getting caught sweet hearting (Creating favorites) Development of inappropriate relationship Loss of job, loss of school funding, and potential court case if accident occurs due to lack of insurance.

NEGATIVE OUTCOMES • Negative outcomes for the teachers could result in a stricter rules

NEGATIVE OUTCOMES • Negative outcomes for the teachers could result in a stricter rules and more management looking in on their every move. This could have a ripple effect throughout the school and make teachers uncomfortable. • Negative outcomes for students could lead to less students participating in after school activities. • Negative outcomes for the school community could lead to a negative outlook on the town in which the school resides in. This could also lead to changes in town political figures and a decrease in outside residents moving to said town (decrease in economy)

Positive Outcomes • Responses and actions that will result in a more positive outcome

Positive Outcomes • Responses and actions that will result in a more positive outcome would be to hold quarterly meetings with staff to refresh them on the rules and regulations as it pertains to avoiding certain situations like this and to be proactive. • Schools may look at their funding and readjust accordingly so that students can continue to partake in afterschool activities. • The community might take a proactive approach and parents could come up with a carpool system that not only alieves the teachers of their worries but ensures more students can take part in after school acitivites.
