Which Instructional Plan? Duval Hybrid Students come to school two days a week. Schedules

Which Instructional Plan? Duval Hybrid Students come to school two days a week. Schedules will note which instructional team the student belongs: Blue Team – attends school on Mondays and Thursdays. Gold Team – attends school on Tuesdays and Fridays. All students return to face-to-face instruction 5 days a week starting September 14 th pending any updates. How to register: Nothing needed. This is the default plan for all students who do not opt into another instructional program. Duval Homeroom 2 Duval Homeroom (DVHR) is full time instruction fully online (M-F). Students may not return to face instruction until the end of the quarter at Sandalwood High School. Please note: Not all electives will be available for Duval Homeroom. Although students remain Sandalwood Saints, there is not a guarantee all DH teachers will be our online instructors. Students are required to log in during their regularly scheduled class time. Duval Virtual Instruction Academy Students in DVIA are no longer Sandalwood students. This school requires full year participation before transferring to another DCPS school. How to register: For DVIA, late registration opens Aug. 17 and runs through Sept. 22. Visit https: //dcps. duvalschools. org/Page/15429 for registration information. How to register: Registration ended July 31 st. In the Wrong Program? Go to this link https: //bit. ly/30 Ji. QCb and a correction will be initiated. Multiple staff are monitoring this link the first three days of school to make corrections. Please do not come to the building.

Lockers: Hall lockers will not be used this year to minimize groups, however PE lockers will be available for personal items. To protect the health of all on campus the following measures will be implemented. • All students, faculty, and staff must wear face masks. Each student, faculty member, and staff member will be provided (5) masks • All students must wear their IDs. Freshmen will be issued IDs during the first week of school. • Temperature checks upon arrival each day • Hand sanitizer will be provided • Wipes will be made available to wipe down desks • Social distancing signs will be posted throughout campus • Visitors to campus will be limited to DCPS employees and contractors • Check-in an out will occur at the front of school • Parent conferences will be held virtually • Primary mode of correspondence will be virtual to include video conferencing sites, out webpage, social media, parent link messenger system and the remind phone application Safety Precautions
