CSA – Effective August 23, 2014 • Companies/drivers can now use positive results from court outcomes on drivers traffic citations that affect CSA scores to REMOVE CSA points from the company/driver record. Why is this important? • Now a direct connection exists between positive court outcomes and company/driver CSA safety scores. • These scores can affect insurance rates, legal liability/exposure, and customer contracts. • CDLP legal representation can assist in these court outcomes!!
