Introduction �A Macro is a group of user-created instructions that automates one or more operations. Macros are useful for automating routine tasks, simplifying complex worksheets, creating custom menus, dialog boxes and buttons.

Preparation work � You will need to prepare a short presentation on this subject. Create the presentation using Power. Point® slides and notes. Make sure the presentation: � Explains the purpose of the code for each of the two given programs, e. g. to carry out formatting a cell in Excel and adding a Header & Footer to a spreadsheet. Explain the characteristics, including constructs and techniques being used within the program, e. g. variables and functions.
