QXFA 202 § DRs § Raised wires noted during respooling, along much of the cable. § Several instances of collapsed cable during winding. § All reworked without removing insulation sleeve. § Several small areas on coil OD where conductor was slightly displaced radially after curing layer 2. § Cause was small lumps from glass/binder paste applied to cover minor scuffs in fiberglass prior to curing. § Argon flow rate low for a few hours during 665 step. § Issue with cylinder caused flow to slow down over several hours before it was restored. Flow did not stop and positive pressure was maintained. § Voltage taps B 5 & B 6 are missing. § Installed in wrong location during winding, removed before trace install. § A few minor fiberglass insulation repairs. § R, L values slightly outside range listed in doc 521 v 12.
