Elsa and Anna say…. . 2020 has not only brought us Frozen 2 but also unprecedented times where we are facing challenging circumstances. Just like in Frozen 2 we have gone into the unknown….

Courage We need to show courage, just like Kristoff, as we face the challenges of covid 19. It is nice to spend times with our animals at home like Kristoff and Sven. Jess, Sawyer and Tarquin love spending more time with me.

BELIEF Try to be positive during these difficult times – believe that life will return to normal for most of us; look forward to the things we are missing; believe you can get through this.

Trust Now is a time for trust- to trust the government to give us good advice; to trust the NHS to look after people; to trust each other to help and support our communities.

Truth It is a time when we must be true to ourselves by following the advice we are given, by social distancing and isolating when needed.

TRAVEL? Are you only travelling when really necessary? Mum is not travelling North to work, she only leaves the house for exercise, shopping, and medication.

NATURE Lockdown has given us a great opportunity to engage more with nature. It is a time of year when we see great changes. Our frogspawn has turned into tadpoles, spring flowers are everywhere, bluebells, hyacinths, wisteria, camelia. Bees and butterflies love to visit the flowers for pollen.

FOREST It is a great time of year for trees. If you are having a daily walk you may see beautiful blossom trees like cherry, or flowering magnolias. Even the evergreen spruces of Arundelle are sending out new shoots.

DESTINY For some of us we have exciting times ahead with moving to universities and colleges, post 16 and post 18/19 placements and this will happen as it is your destiny, it just may follow a slightly different format from what you were expecting. It is still something to look forward to for the future.

Leadership Just like Elsa, we have the opportunity to lead others by our example during this time. Show others how to be kind and compassionate. Show others how to stay safe and connected in these times. I hope you have enjoyed my Frozen themed presentation. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Laurie
