Partner Best Practices Selecting Eligible Clients It is crucial to work with clients to gather all the correct information so Door. Dash can service many with little coordination from UWM 8 ● The distance to the client from the food pick up may be no more than 10 miles away. ● Gather all the necessary information from clients to be included on the template. Important call outs: ● Phone numbers ● Pickup instructions ● Number of bags/boxes per recipient ● Pick-up window start and end times Type of Product Delivered By adhering to these guidelines, successful deliveries will be assured: ● All products should be uniformly packaged and identifiable by client. If there are multiple bags going to the same client, please make sure that those bags are grouped together and labelled. ● Make sure individual deliveries are labelled by the name of the client and sorted prior to the Dasher pick up ● Product must fit in the trunk of a typical sedan (~27 cubic feet) ● Product per client cannot exceed 25 lbs and must be reasonably carried by 1 person ● Door. Dash is prioritizing transporting shelf-stable items (i. e. meals, groceries) so please try to provide food that can last several hours in transit.
