KIOTI 5 Paw Dealer Excellence Program This program is to recognize Premium Dealers that meet the standard set by KIOTI. The standard is to promote a professional, enjoyable and second to none customer service and satisfaction at the dealership. The evolving program starts with a set of standards, at the end of the 12 months a new set of standards will be put in place, the dealer will need to re-qualify at that time. The program will have 5 qualifying areas. If a dealer qualifies the dealer will be awarded and promoted to the public as a “ 5 Paw dealer of excellence”. This will be done with a unique logo that only 5 Paw dealers will be authorized to use. The unique logo will be used in advertising, banners, plaques, business cards and on KIOTI’s and the dealers website. The dealer will also enjoy certain financial benefits that no other dealer will be authorized to be entitled to. This is an all or nothing program.

If dealer does not meet this requirement then an increase of M. S. goal will be set by KIOTI. Must use at least 50% of CO-OP advertising funds. 100% of Warranty Registrations submitted online. Warranty registrations submitted within 30 days of sale. Sales programs (Cash in-lue of, Salesman’s Bonus, Other discounts, and DSA’s) must be submitted within 30 days.

Issue Resolution All issues, whether it be Sales or Service, must be handled this way: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Dealer must make contact with the customer 24 hours from the time they are notified of an issue. Dealer must contact KIOTI within 36 hours with a resolution for the issue. The issue must be resolved within 48 hours of notification of issue. Dealer must contact the customer to discuss how satisfied the customer is with the resolution and report to KIOTI within 5 business day after the customer has received their Tractor or Part. Dealer must not have more than 5 complaints against the dealership registered with KIOTI in a 12 month period.

This qualification will be done in the field by KIOTI personnel with a yes or no survey done. A score of 80 is needed for this qualification.
