�I am doing my field placement at Robeson County Department of Social Services- Child Protective Services- Case Management. �

� � � � � 1. I will do all required assignments assigned by my professor to make me better prepared for the things I will experience in the field. 2. I will go to my field placement (Monday-Thursday) from 8 am-5 pm. 3. I will become familiar with the policies of the agency and what is required of social workers. 4. I will complete the tasks that my field supervisor gives me. 5. I will follow the dress code of the agency daily. 6. I will wear my ID Badge so that other employees know that I belong at the agency. 7. I will carry myself in a professional manner. ie. Dress code, communicating with others etc. 8. I will have supervision with my supervisor for at least one hour weekly. 9. I will attend staff meeting and any other meetings the supervisor allows me to. 10. I will represent myself and the UNCP social work department in a way that will reflect a professional social worker and nothing less.
