Dr. Francesca Diomedi A female 12 days old presented with NS, oligoanuria and renal failure, requiring initiation of peritoneal dialysis at the age of 3 days. Antenatal ultrasound demonstrated oligohydramnios and enlarged kidneys with hyperechogenicity and loss of cortico-medullary differentiation.
Dr. Rayyan Rammal 13 year-old female with chronic renal failure.
Dr. Rosy Abou- Jaoudeh 27 -year-old female patient found to have progressive renal failure
Dr. Sara Sinno Young female found to have acute kidney injury.
Dr. Francesca Diomedi Female 23 yrs old patient: 2013: fever, skin rash, and joint pain, splenomegaly, lymphoadenopathy. Anemia, leukocytopenia, CMV+, ANA +++, anti-ds. DNA +++, ANCA +++ Normal renal function. Clinical Diagnosis: Systemic lupus erythematosus Steroids treatment and clinical improvement 2015: hydroxychloroquine (200 mg twice daily) was started. 2017: proteinuria onset (810 gm/dl) treated with prednisone which led to clinical improvement, but recurrence during steroid decalage. 2018: renal biopsy.
Dr. Basel Zein-Sabatto Four month old girl with body swelling for one month.
Dr. Maelle Saliba 51 year-old male, (kidney transplant): found to have increased serum creatinine.
Dr. Francesca Diomedi Female 13 yrs old with multiple enchondromatosis. recent onset of proteinuria, anemia, ANA+ and LAC+.
Dr. Rosy Abou- Jaoudeh 37 -year-old male patient treated by 3 renal graft transplantations, actually presenting with flu symptoms.
