Dynamic administration describes all the activities and processes that are not direct, face-to-face client contact and which ensure the good functioning of a therapy group. These activities and processes, such as practical preparations, liaison work, informal conversations, etc. , all have a dynamic impact on the quality of group functioning: done well, they enhance it and if neglected, they can have a detrimental effect. © Oxford College of Arts and Therapies 2018 What does it include?
