2016 - COUNTRY-LEVEL PRIORITIES Senegal: Support implementation of the Plan Senegal Emergent • Implement National Programme of Support to the Creation of Opportunities for Green Jobs (PACEV); • Co-establish a PPP incubator for green economy; • Mobilize finance, strengthen learning institutions, and align climate NDC. Ghana: Support operationalization of Shared Growth and Development Agenda • Assist in IGE action plan and learning strategy development; • Identify opportunities for green industrial development and sustainable trade; • Provide IGE training for media and policymakers. Signing of MOU between PAGE and national programme on waste management (PNGD)

2016 COUNTRY-LEVEL PRIORITIES Burkina Faso: Integrate IGE goals and targets into the next development plan “SCADD 2” • Contribute to SCADD 2 on green fiscal policy, green industrial policy, and the National Investment Plan; • Support establishment of a green economy platform; • Implement joint workplan with PEI and SWITCH Africa Green. Mauritius: Support development of strategy “Achieving Meaningful Change” and Vision 2030 • Finalise the Marshall Plan against poverty and social exclusion, and public environment and expenditure review; • Contribute GE scenarios and modelling results to the Vision 2030 document; • Build capacity for green skills and entrepreneurial development, and Support development of solid waste and industrial waste policies; Mongolia: Support implementation of Green Development Policy and the Action Plan • Indicators to help measure progress and a multi-donor support programme 2017 -2020; • Mobilizaing finance to establish a Green Credit Fund; • Strengthen capacities for coordination, policy design and implementation.

2016 COUNTRY-LEVEL PRIORITIES South Africa: Contribute to better policy coordination and help deepening the engagement of the private sector and civil society (complementing GIZ & other programmes) • Develop 2017 -2019 PAGE work programme and validate; • Green Economy Indicators, build capacity of learning institutions and government staff; • Mobilise domestic private investment. Peru: IGE mainstreaming in the context of Peru’s accession process to OECD • Support policy reform in forestry, agriculture and transport, industry and biotrade • Advance Green Growth Strategy including through policy dialogues China (Jiangsu Province): Support implementation of 13 th Five-Year Plan at provincial level • Establish a set of actionable green economy indicators to measure progress; • Support policy implementation on green jobs, green trade, green industry and energy; • Build capacity on IGE and establish a sub-national networks for informing and inspiring other provinces.
