University Policies TU Delft Research Data Framework Faculty Policy • All individuals involved in research – Share code/data in a repository – The minimal requirement is the deposition of the numerical data (processed data) underlying the figures in academic papers and Ph. D theses. • Ph. D’s – – – Before 2019: encouraged to share data but not required 2019: Share code/data underlying the articles/thesis 2020: write a Data Management Plan in the first year • Part of the Go/No-Go meeting • Supervisor is responsible for reviewing and approving the DMP and the Faculty Data Steward can be contacted for support. 4
