FACULTY OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING The Faculty of Electrical Engineering has a long history. Several major departments, including Electro mechanics, were formed in 1921, when the National School of Civil Engineering (founded in 1864) became the Polytechnic School of Bucharest, trough the royal edict issued by King Ferdinand (June 10, 1921).

FACULTY OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING Until the early ‘ 50 s, several faculties have emerged from this initial nucleus, including the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Today the Faculty of Electrical Engineering offers higher education curricula (at undergraduate and graduate level) and develop research work in theoretical and applied Electrical Engineering.
