A little more; a little less • If you want to say that it isn’t very sunny or cold or windy, you can add the word “poco” to your answer. • For example, “Hace poco sol” or “Hace poco frío” or “Hace poco viento. ” • If you want to say that it is very sunny, cold, or windy you would add “mucho” to your answer. • For example: “Hace mucho sol” or “Hace mucho frío” or “Hace mucho viento. ”

In class • Take a risk and try to answer the question, “¿Qué tiempo hace hoy? ” now that you know how you can answer the question. • If you want to know the temperature before saying if it’s hace calor, fresco, or frío, ask the question, “¿Qué temperatura hace? ” so you can find out the temperature first.
