SKILL DEVELOPMENT ► The course curriculum needs to be more skill oriented at the higher education level keeping in mind the societal requirements. ► The vast human resource engaged in education of general courses at graduate level is actually being transformed mostly into useless ‘knowledge-bin’, not utilized for national growth. ►Establishment of Community College / Extension of potential departments of the existing college for the purpose may be explored. ► In everyday life we are deficient of professionals whom we actually need, though the society is being ornamented with graduates, post-graduates and even doctorates.
