Domestic Discipline Definition Domestic = of or relating to the home, the household, household affairs, or the family. Discipline = the practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior, using punishment to correct disobedience. Domestic Discipline = caring, consensual, consistently fair use of structure, accountability and discipline to enforce rules of behavior in the household.
