DAMEX E and Sanction Party Screening (SPS) Process After you press “Check” button DAMEX E and DAMEX E SPS is screening end use, end user, companies, countries and individuals involved in the transaction DAMEX E end use (e. g. countries, projects, technical use, companies) based off your response to DAMEX E questions and countries involved in transaction. DAMEX-SPS is based on the Sanctioned Parties List, which contains the relevant entries from the various legal sources (EU terrorist lists, US Denied Persons List, US Special Designated National List, Japanese METI list).
