LEA ANN MOLINEUX Verizon Global Real Estate Senior Consultant Lea Ann has over 20 years experience in the corporate real estate arena. After cutting her teeth in the business performing lease administration, property management and lease accounting functions, Lea Ann focused her career in transactions. Today, Lea Ann is a member of Verizon’s Global Real Estate team as Regional Manager, covering the Mid-Atlantic States and the Mid-West. She oversees a team of five Transaction Managers and as a team; they are responsible for owned and leased assets consisting of 20+M SF. Her team completes an average of about 380 transactions per year. These transactions can range from a business as usual lease renewal, to the complex division by condo of a larger owned asset and a partial offering of the asset. Strong leadership skills combined with an aptitude for negotiation and strategy are critical in this role. Lea Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Economics. Lea Ann joined Verizon in 2008 as a Transaction Manager and in 2011 was promoted to Regional Manager. Prior to joining the Verizon team, Lea Ann started her career as a jack of all trades working for a small, privately held owner and manager of retail (shopping centers, malls and some office) known as John A. Robbins’ Company. Lea Ann later became a Leasing Representative for Teligent Communications. She also spent six years as a Transactions Specialist with Grubb and Ellis’ Corporate Services Group mainly providing support to Verizon transactions.

CRAIG WALTON SAP SE Global Real Estate Strategist Craig has performed in the Corporate Real Estate field for over 22 years on both the service provider and end-user (corporate) sides of the business. He is an active member of Core. Net Global participating in the Philadelphia Chapter. Craig is a member of the SAP Global Facilities Executive Team as Global Real Estate Strategist. His main responsibilities include: Leading selective global real estate projects, M&A integrations, and multi-site City Strategies supporting business and occupancy needs of SAP. He is an expert in solving the complex real estate challenges, leading high impact real estate negotiations, and developing workplace processes and innovative solutions for the corporate real estate lifecycle. Craig joined SAP in 2006 as Director of Real Estate and Facilities for North America, then was appointed to Vice President of Facilities as Head of the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region (EMEA) based in Paris, France on Assignment for 3 years, then transitioned back to the US and is performing in his current role. Prior to joining SAP, Craig was Global Real Estate Manager for Silicon Graphics, Inc (SGI) for five years. Prior to that, Craig was with Cushman & Wakefield for six years, starting his career as a real estate broker in the Philadelphia area; then relocating to New York performing in the Advisory Services Group, and later with the Corporate Services Group.

DAVID KONTRA General Electric Manager, Real Estate Operations David manages global operational activity for GE’s corporate real estate organization where he was influential in creating GE’s centralized real estate process. David is currently working on a transformation initiative to migrate real estate support toward a shared services environment, including a new FM operating model, agile workplace strategy, and centralized project management. David has been with GE for 25 years and has held diverse roles in areas of real estate, facilities management, and finance. He also spent three years with Accenture as a Project Manager, focusing on process development and systems implementation. David holds a B. B. A. in Management from Ursinus College and a M. B. A. in International Business from Saint Joseph's University.

DAVID DUNCAN Towers Watson Director, Global Corporate Real Estate David Duncan is Director of Global Corporate Real Estate for Towers Watson, a leading global professional services company. In this role, David is responsible for managing the real estate team on acquisitions, design and construction as well as ongoing lease administration for all Towers Watson’s leased properties. David has held the role of Real Estate Director for the past 16 years. Prior to that, David worked as a real estate transaction specialist for two years and as Telecommunications Manager in the IT department for eight years. In total, David has been with Towers Watson for 26 years. As Real Estate Director, David has managed a variety of special projects including: • Consolidated three London offices to a new, single 800 seat location • Established a major service center for over 1, 000 employees in the Philippines • Disposed of a significant number of sites as part of a business divestiture • Worked with senior leadership to design an Alternative Workplace Strategy (AWS) program, including telecommuting and hoteling initiatives • Established global space standards which included full open plan environment, no private offices, agile working with limited assigned seats As part of a recent merger with Willis, David is currently involved in a three year project to merge the Towers Watson and Willis offices in most major cities around the world.
