WHAT IS C. I. T. Y. ? Summer Internship Program for Rising Seniors Which includes: • Minimum 10 -15 hour work week (paid or unpaid) • Class at California Lutheran University • Workplace Mentor • High School and/or College Credit • Insurance coverage

We thought the program is very well run and we were very happy with both our interns. I think it's great for young adults to be exposed to a professional environment in a field they might be interested in entering. – Southern California Life Magazine We here at Diamond Ground Products will continue to support the program. The interns are amazing and responsible. Most of the interns were of such high caliber that they were offered jobs with the Park District once their internship had completed and are still employed with us.
