<< Come Together >> History Founded in 1999, under the name AEE (Automation Electro Engineering), AME RO is a company for constructions and electrical services, the major stockholder being Hopferwieser International Gmb. H from Austria. Since 2007, the structure modified and current state is: AME Holding Gmb. H took over 80% of the actions, and the rest of 20% of the actions remain to the two managers, Cristian Ionescu (10%) and Iuliu Chis (10%). In 2008, AME Ro took over from Hopferwieser International Gmb. H the companies Sebastians Trading (trading company) and Sebastian Produktions (ventilation channels production). Beginning with smaller projects, in 2000, our company developed constantly from one year to the other, and today, with its team of almost 40 collaborators, it may perform annual sales of more than 7 million Euro.
