Assisting in Post-Secondary Success IET Program An IET program is a service approach that provides adult education and literacy activities concurrently and contextually with workforce preparation activities and workforce training for a specific occupation or occupational cluster for the purpose of educational and career advancement. Dual Enrollment Dual enrollment programs allow Adult Education students to simultaneously earn credit towards their GED diploma and a postsecondary degree or certificate. Slide 6
