Its shareholders consist of the Islamic Development Bank, 51 member countries, and five public financial institutions. ICD is the main sponsor of Islamic leasing companies currently operating in 10 different countries and expected to be opened in total in 25 countries before 2018. Aktif Yatirim Bankasi AS (Turkey) – 14% Aktif Bank is the largest investment bank of Turkey. The Bank operates in retail banking, investment banking and regional banking areas. Limited (Hong Kong) – 11% Kolon is one of the biggest conglomerate in South Korea being pioneer business group especially in textile and chemical industry. Over the years, Kolon has diversified its specialty in different area of industry such as chemicals, construction, and others that have led the rapid growth and contributed to development of the Korean economy. Zaman Leasing (Republic of Kazakhstan) – 18% Zaman Leasing LLP is presented in the Kazakhstani leasing sector from 2011. Company is focused on leasing financing of Corporate and SME sectors. Company is partner of ICD in many Leasing Companies established in post-soviet countries. Al Hilal Leasing (Republic of Kazakhstan) – 14% Al Hilal Leasing is a company established by UAE investors. Company is focused on leasing financing of Corporate and SME sectors, based on the Sharia Principles. Eurasia Group AG (Switzerland) – 7% Eurasia Group AG is the National Distributor of John Deere in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Step 3 Provide necessary documents for analysis. Step 4 Upon receipt of approval of leasing facility, the execution of leasing transaction (purchase, registration, insurance) will be proceeded.

KIC Financial Leasing process ü Lessee pays to KIC the Security Deposit (advance payment) and processing fee by Intent Notice Agreement; ü KIC Leasing makes a payment to the Vendor by signing a Sales & Purchase agreement; ü Vendor transfers the asset to KIC by Act of acceptance; ü KIC as the owner registers the asset in relevant authorities and then insure it; ü KIC provides the asset to the lessee by Ijara (Leasing) Agreement, also signs Service Agency and Purchase Undertaken Agreements.
