Instructional Plan Template Instructions Transition (childhood to adulthood) 101 This course will focus on equipping young adults starting at the age of 16 on how to successfully be prepared for the real world on day 1. It will introduce students to rejection, diversity, and being an independent thinker. Transition services are intended to prepare students to move from the world of school to the world of adulthood.
