Instructional Plan Template Instructions Transition (childhood to adulthood) 101 This course will focus on equipping young adults starting at the age of 16 on how to successfully be prepared for the real world on day 1. It will introduce students to rejection, diversity, and being an independent thinker. Transition services are intended to prepare students to move from the world of school to the world of adulthood. Most teens in this age group turn to violence, alcohol, drugs and sex. We will see if they students in time can sit and evaluate the situation and determine the best next steps from a to z. Summative Assessment and Learning Outcomes Besides dealing with the everyday issues the students bring to the table.
