STARÁ ĽUBOVŇA Is located in north-eastern part of Slovakia It is a small town with 16 000 inhabitants Ľubovňa castle dominates from the hill over the town There are other historic monuments like St. Nicolaus Church, square with fountain, open air Museum of folk

KOMENSKY PRIMARY SCHOOL This is our school It is the biggest primary school in Stará Ľubovňa The building consists of 3 pavilions There are three sports classes for pupils who are focused on playing volleyball and basketball Actually we have got a great director who makes our school beautiful and modern Pead. The education system: Education is compulsory from age 6 to 15 It consists of elementary school which is divided into two parts: the first grade (age 6– 10) the second grade (age 10– 15) which is finished by taking testing called Monitor, from Slovak language and Maths After that students are obliged to take one year in high school After finishing a high school, students can go to university The lesson at our school starts at 8 o´clock and it finishes at 1: 30 p. m. Lunch break is from 11. 30 – 12. 00 and after the end of the lesson
