Human Resources in the Future: Hiring • Hiring will probably not change much in the future since managers will still need to get a feel of what the future employee is like in person. • Applications online will continue but so will in person applications. • Future employees will need to be more qualified to work in a convenience store, so a general technology knowledge test will be administered.

Managers will then choose which ones are interview worthy.
