Record every failure, look at failed component, decide to do something, set goals, have your own pump shop. 5. Use integrated solution team, ID root cause, use best practice team, inspect failures, team needs rod/ pump/ chemical/ work-over/ company man. 6. Look at Pump in Shop 7. Call meeting if 5 failures in one month
