Implementation Phases • Phase One (90 -120 days) § § § Virtual Platform build out, programming, testing and applications Filming and completion of program content Site location, lease agreements and build out plans Marketing plans and implementations for pre sale of community locations Begin implementation and outreach process for virtual platform • Phase Two (4 months – 7 months) § Virtual Platform launch and addition of sales outreach process § Three month pre sale for first community locations begins § First of many community locations opens after 3 month pre sale • Phase Three (7 months – 14 months) § Expand outreach through virtual platform to exceed 3000 members § Begin process of adding second community location
