Spiritual Warfare – The Holy Spirit n The Fact Of The Indwelling Of The Holy Spirit Leads To The Question – How? § The answer to this question is much simpler than we might expect – the Holy Spirit dwells in the Christian by faith (Galatians 3: 2; cf. Ephesians 3: 17). § The Bible is the “agency” by which this indwelling occurs (Ephesians 5: 18, 19; Colossians 3: 16). § The word “dwell” is used metaphorically to represent a divine influence upon an individual to pervade, prompt, or encourage him for good (cf. Acts 9: 31; Ephesians 6: 18; Romans 14: 17).
