Anticipated Cheer Costs • 1. Summer Camp - $120 • 2. T – Shirts - $45 (3 shirts) • 3. Uniform ($200) • Includes shell, skirt, spandex, socks, bow, bag, shoes, poms, and warm up suit TOTAL COST = $365 (estimated)

Costs (continued) • All fees must be paid by June 1 st. • If fees are not paid, the cheerleader will be removed from the squad. • Fees can be paid in two installments • May 1 st - $120 • May 18 th - $120 from Sonic card sales • June 1 st - $125

Cheer Vouchers • Please use the Cheer Voucher forms when paying for Cheer • Complete both parts of form • Keep top portion for your records; this is your receipt • Turn in bottom portion along with payment

Fundraising • Cheerleaders will fundraise to pay for camp fees ($120 per cheerleader) • Sonic Card sales – each cheerleader will receive 24 cards to sell at $5 each • Sonic Card sales money and all Sonic cards that haven’t been sold are due by May 18 th • Cheerleaders will be responsible for any difference in the amount of money raised through Sonic Card sales and the $120 needed for Summer Camp; ex. Cheerleader sells 10 Sonic cards; Cheerleader will owe $70

Cheer Practice • Cheer practice will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning at 7: 35 am on Tuesday, May 8 th and ending Thursday, May 24 th • Cheerleaders should wear: – Soffe-type shorts – T- Shirt (prefer SMS shirt) – Socks – Tennis Shoes – All hair pulled back – No jewelry

Important Dates • • • April 18 th – Cheer Parent meeting May 1 st – First payment due May 8 th – first day of practice (7: 35 am) May 9 th – Uniform fitting (3: 30 in girls’ locker room) May 18 th – Pep Rally (girls will be introduced) May 18 th – Sonic Card money due June 1 st – Last payment due Last week of July – Cheer practice for camp/at SMS August 1 st – 3 rd – UCA Cheer Camp at Crownover Middle School
