These slides show information you should gather for Artists and Designers at Bronze, Silver and Gold Levels. You can research these artists as a digital PP or a written piece in your sketchbook/paper.

Mark Making You should use a pen to create a range of 12 different mark making techniques. See the examples or see if you can create your own.

Observational Drawing Pointillism task – Draw a fruit of vegetable showing the inside also. Remember the pointillism technique uses small dots. The closer the dots are together the bolder the shapows and colours. You can mix colours by having more than one colour of dot in an area. You can do this in colour or black pen. Observational Drawing Composition You should choose a selection of 3 of your favourite items – these may show your hobbies and interests. This should be a tonal drawing using normal pencil You will need to set these items up together and draw them in a composition.

Poster Ideas Know you have your images and your Font you should start to think about the layout of you poster. Check out some of these layout and background ideas for inspiration. Once you have chosen your favorite you can make your final poster. It should be bright, bold and colourful!! : D
